Good item but i think the vibration is not enough to ease my hand pain..

I received already charged, and i started using it as soon i took out from the box. depending the way you wrap it around your hand, it can be used on right or left wrist. the maximum legal of vibration could be stronger in my opinion, but i like it anyway. and the maximum heating level is so relaxing... the controller is kind of big on top of your hand, but it's ok for me. once you leave the massager on, it will turn off after a certain time, so i found safe to use while i take my naps.
